A beautiful southern town of about 6,000 people. Barnwell is located 35 miles east of Aiken on US Hwy 278 and 65 miles south of Columbia on Hwy 3.. First Baptist is located at 161 Allen St. Just look for the steeple with the cross lifted high above Barnwell.
