Dr. T. Bart Kelley, Senior Pastor
Dr. Bart Kelley is a seasoned ministry leader and energetic communicator with over 31 years of experience in teaching and pastoral care. Since 2018, he has served as the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church Barnwell, where he has led the congregation through a period of significant growth. Known for his "heart, humor, and creativity," Dr. Kelley focuses on practical teaching that helps individuals apply scriptural truths to modern daily life.

Student Ministries Director
Dana S. Bell
Dana has served as the Director of Student Ministries at First Baptist Church since August of 2022. She served as the Director of Children's Ministries at First Baptist Church from September 2014 through August 2022.. She holds a Master of Education Degree and is a certified coach with the John Maxwell team. She has worked as a teacher, coordinator, and consultant. She is married to Steven Bell. They have two children, Presley and Jackson. Providing opportunities for others to grow and flourish into all that God has created them to be is her passion. Dana resides in Barnwell with her family.
Music Ministry Director
Michael Pisacreta
Michael has served as the Director of Music since March 2009. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Charleston Southern University and a Master's Degree in Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix. He has been one of the Band Directors in Barnwell 45 Schools since moving to Barnwell in 2004. Michael has been involved in the Music Ministry at FBC since moving to Barnwell and strongly believes that music can lead and prepare all for Worship.
